 HARC-Lab Incident Report included for full disclosure. Scientists don't believe this incident, or any of the subsequent upgrades, are connected to the catastrophic event that occurred in September. 

An emergency shutdown at HARC-Lab has been attributed to rodent sabotage rather than unsafe practices.  Officials describe the incident as an isolated event. 

 At 7:46 p.m. on a quiet Friday evening, something happened that would change the world forever.

This Artifact Recovery Report corroborates the Skype video submitted by Mimi Nguyen.  All six participants of the Skype call were interviewed. There are surprisingly few videos that capture the moment of artifact manifestation, and even fewer that capture evidence of exothermic artifacts at the moment of manifestation.

Channel 3 News special report in the first moments of the incident. This emergency broadcast aired while authorities were still attempting to establish order. 

Local news stations experienced technical difficulties throughout the event. Channel 3 proved to be the most resilient and only suffered minor outages.

Channel 3 News update identifying the counties affected during the early stages of the HARC-Lab incident. This broadcast provided the first regional assessment of the disaster as emergency responders began coordinating relief efforts. 

 As events unfold during the HARC-Lab Incident, some residents in the affected area begin to notice strange behavior in ordinary objects.

Channel 3 News update identifying Woodland Hills, Illinois, as the epicenter of the HARC-Lab incident. This broadcast marked the first public report linking HARC-Lab to the unfolding disaster. 

Channel 3 News update reporting the Department of Energy's first public confirmation that ordinary objects had developed abnormal properties following the HARC-Lab incident. This broadcast introduced the initial scientific classification of these objects. 

Any item within the area of effect on Friday at 7:46 p.m. had the potential to become an artifact of the HARC-Lab incident.

Channel 3 News update reporting HARC-Lab's first public statement following the incident. Officials stated that no experiments were underway at the time of the event and that investigators were considering the possibility of a natural phenomenon. 

Webcam footage from the  ANvIL laboratory (HARC-Lab Campus) documenting one of the earliest known cases of a Fascinator artifact. Researchers observed abnormal cognitive effects while attempting to characterize the object's behavior. 

This is the first Artifact Recovery Report documenting a Fascination Artifact. Security Officer Max Peck served as Acting Commander of the Guard during HARC-Lab's initial response and recovery operation. Peck ultimately filed eleven Artifact Recovery Reports, three of which constitute the first official documentation of Exothermic, Endothermic, and Cutter artifacts.

Channel 3 News artifact update announcing the identification of Fascinators as a new class of artifact. This broadcast introduced the first publicly released safety guidance for viewing these objects. 

TikTok creator accidentally documents the discovery of a Cutter artifact. This recording provides the first visual evidence of the unique hazards associated with this class of artifact. 

Finder Frances Willis was contacted by an artifact broker after her story aired on Channel 3 News. Brokers are required to file an Artifact Recovery Report for any artifact transaction.

 Channel 3 News artifact update announcing the federal contract awarded to Peterson Corporation for the collection of Exothermic artifacts. This broadcast marked the beginning of the organized response to dispose of dangerous artifacts. 

 Tenant Ring doorbell footage capturing the first known visual evidence of a Capacitor artifact discharging. 

 Finder/Victim Stan Freeman was a handyman for a condominium in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago.  This report was filed by CFD Chicago.

 Channel 3 News artifact update announcing the identification of Capacitors as a new class of artifact. This broadcast introduced the first public safety guidance describing their electrical hazards and known examples. 

 Channel 3 News update reporting the statewide volunteer response to the HARC-Lab incident. This broadcast documented the mental health initiative established to assist those affected by the disaster. 

 Channel 3 News artifact update announcing the identification of Detection artifacts as a new class of artifact. This broadcast introduced the first detection method capable of locating other HARC-Lab artifacts without direct interaction.
 

 The first recorded instance of an independent contractor providing artifact detection and removal services. This interlude illustrates how artifact finders discovered ways to monetize their finds other than through direct sales to industry.
 

Operators of artifact removal companies are required to file the same Recovery Reports as registered brokers and government officials.
