1. Follow the link below. It will take you to the Trigger Guard order page on citylitbooks.com (Hardcover available through the drop-down menu)

 2. This is a special-order item. So, City Lit requires you to create an account before they will process the order. Don’t worry, it’s free. 

 3. Once you’ve created your account, you can return to the shopping cart and complete your transaction. 

 4. Select the shipping option, then save and continue. You’ll get an order summary that says there’s no ETA available. Hit save and continue. I’ll explain the process below. 

 5. On step 4, “Contact”, enter your name and/or signing instructions. (Specify a name for personalization or tell me if you only want a signature.) 

 6. The rest is standard check out stuff. 

 Trigger Guard is a print on demand book. It takes a day or two to get the book printed and bound. Then it’s shipped to City Lit Books.
They notify me that there’s an order and I go in and sign. This takes about a week – HA! (But seriously, Chicago parking is a nightmare.) 

Then City Lit puts the book back in the box and they send it to you. The whole process should take 2 weeks or less.
